Test Center was established to meet the growing needs of railway equipment manufacturers in high-quality independent product testing.

Test Center main research activity is carrying out dynamic tests of rolling stock (locomotives, electric trains, freight cars, passenger cars) and railroad track structure and turnouts.

Test Center is carrying out research works for Russian Railroads, such as differential track maintenance standards for high-speed, heavyweight and mixed lines.

The mobile laboratory equipment allows to carry out high quality and in short terms different types of railroad tests (rolling stock, track, vehicle/rail interaction) not only specialized sites, but also on main railway lines, such as Moscow - St. Petersburg, on track 1520mm gauge not only in Russia.
